Ghum Hai Kisikey Meiin 13th Aug 2021 Sai with an orphanage lady takes junior Virat to the hospital and informs him about his medical condition. She also provides first-aid treatment. Doctor asks her if she is also an aspiring doctor. Sai claims she is a medical student. Sai, according to an orphanage lady, is a blessing for Junior Virat. Doctor says Virat needs x-rays. Junior Virat hesitates. Lady asks Sai to accompany junior Virat, as she is familiar with how to deal with him. Senior Virat continues to search for Sai, and informs Sunny and Mohit about the possibility that Sai has returned to Nagpur. Sunny insists that she will not. Virat believes Sai can do everything. Mohit claims her purse is in the taxi. Virat continues panicking remembering Sai’s last accident. Sunny and Mohit console him. Samrat arrives at the hospital and asks an orphanage lady if junior Virat feels fine. Lady tells Samrat that a girl saved him and that she is an angel disguised for them. Sai brings Virat out. Virat seeing him calls Sam bhaiya. Sai is shocked by Samrat’s appearance and recalls seeing his photograph.
Vaishali, Chavan Nivas, says that they don’t know when Samrat will return. Bahvani and Mansi ask her to not say that, as there is still hope for his return. Vaishali states that Samrat disappeared one year ago, but Pakhi isn’t giving up hope. Bhavani said that Pakhi could go to her parents and stay for a few more days. Pakhi claims she would like to move permanently to her parents’ house. Ninad claims they thought she was just saying that. Sonali asks her to not go, as she is the bahu of this family. Pakhi questions her about her husband, and she says that she has been waiting for him since one year. Vaishali claims her daughter is in pain, she wants her damad/SIL safe, but she can’t let her daughter suffer here, so they shouldn’t stop her.
Samrat is happy to see Virat well and thanks Sai for saving his life. Samrat is a volunteer at the orphanage, and he loves Samrat very much. Sai believes Samrat is Virat’s Samrat fathera. But she should verify that he is the right one. Samrat questions her about whether she was a tourist in Mahabaleshwar. She says that she came with her family. She states that she was on a solo trip. He asks her if she’s a Maharastrian. He says yes, and she asks him if he’s also a Maharastrian. He said yes, and he stayed in an orphanage with the children. She tells him she loves children and asks if he can take her to an orphanage. He says yes, and invites her to be the chief guest at an orphanage’s children’s party. He asks her if he celebrates all children’s birthdays at once. He explained that many children don’t know their birthdays and are often found at different times so they all celebrate their birthday at the same time. Sai wants to know more about the man who has given his life to help orphanage children. He said he didn’t want anyone to talk about his past. Sai continues to question him and calls him fathera/elder brother. He tells her that it was nice to hear someone call him dada after so long and asks her to come visit the orphanage tonight.
Virat continues panicking searching Sai. Sai smiles and walks towards him. He angrily slams her, saying that they were concerned for him and she doesn’t care about anyone else. Sai asks him to stop. Virat continues. Sunny supports him, followed by Mohit. Sai claims she has found a lost person. Virat becomes more furious and demands to know who it is. She claims she is hungry and needs to eat first. He gives her food and then continues to question. He calls her Shiva. He wants to know what she said. Mohit tells her to not joke, as Virat is sensitive to these words. She insists that she meant it and informs Virat about her Jiva. Virat freezes in emotion.
